다량의 Text를 일괄적으로 대문자 혹은 소문자로 변환해야할 작업이 있다면, 맥의 기본 기능 Transformations를 활용하면 쉽게 이용 가능합니다. 물론, 이와 같은 작업이 크게 필요할까 싶기도 한데 일단은 기능은 많이 알아두면 알아둘수록 도움이 된다는 생각하에 적어보겠습니다.
Transformations를 활용한 대/소문자 일괄 변환
동작 방법은 마우스 우클릭 > Transformations > Make Upper Case 혹은 Lower Case 혹은 Capitalize로 아주 간단합니다. TextEdit, Notes 앱 등에서 동작하며, Pages나 Keynote등과 같은 앱에서는 동작하지 않습니다.
- Make Upper Case : 모두 대문자로 변환
- Make Lower Case : 모두 소문자로 변환
- Capitalize : 각 단어의 첫 글자만 대문자, 나머지 소문자로 변환
